I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but sadly, I couldn't get a late checkout even though I requested one at the time of booking. The service was friendly overall but lacked flexibility in this instance. The location was convenient, close to shops and with a bus stop right in front, but the area could get congested during rush hours. The dining served high-quality food, which was a plus, but the neighborhood felt a bit grimey. The facilities were good, but some room for improvement is needed.
